Email Support Questions

Send a support question to our team at email: support@worksmarterdigital.com. Please be specific in your question and include the following:

  • Account name

  • Contact Name that experienced the issue like duplicate email

  • Feature Area like Marketing or Sites

  • Specific name of the funnel, email, website, course

  • Image of the error or issue or Loom video

Without this information, we will ask a lot of questions to get the information we need to understand the problem or require you to schedule a support call. Providing it upfront will help our support team respond quickly and thoroughly.

Schedule Support Call

You may schedule a 20 minute working session on a specific problem with us. Be ready to start working on the issue. Twenty minutes is plenty of time to work through an issue, but only if you are ready to go.
